IMPORTANT NOTICE OF SERVICE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

On January 9, 2010 there will be a "planned" stage of the circuit under 17/15/13 and obviously under 10 ( ie BAD KIDS). The organization is entrusted to the association
POLISPORTIVA CITTA'2MARI (reference Paul Laguardia citta2mari@badminton-italia.com 346/9557705) and have been designated as match officials (Referee Angela Sgura 3335689358 and Referee Anelia Hristova).
Because when the premises are official yet (due to logistical problems in that of Taranto) and wanting at all costs our regional committee to play the race hinterland tarantino please observe the following steps at the end of a massive and peaceful participation:
- Wednesday, January 5 Subscriptions ending at 24:00 (must be sent by TI50, one per category, to citta2mari@badminton-italia.com)
- Thursday 6 January, the GA (Angela Sgura angelasgura@tiscali.it) will submit entries from Paul
Laguardia - Laguardia Paul Friday, January 7 (members communicate by phone to the place fixed for the event)
- Saturday, January 8 the GA will fill the boards (since there a ranking allegata, non c’è bisogno di alcun sorteggio… saranno sorteggiati solo i NC)
- Domenica 9 Gennaio le gare avranno inizio improrogabilmente alle ore 9:30… eventuali ritardi “ingiustificati” (per ogni problema contattate telefonicamente il GA che cercherà di far avanzare i tabelloni finchè possibile) non saranno ammessi e comporteranno la perdita della gara
